About QuellTech

As a worldwide leading manufacturer of laser measuring equipment and contactless sensor technology, we have developed a large choice of particular systems in this challenging field.

Based on years of experience and an international customer portfolio, we are able to design tailored configurations meeting highest standards in engineering, electronics production and automotive industries. Even for extremely fast production cycles, our automated testing procedures integrated within the line, deliver reliable results and eliminate the need of manual sampling: A highly valuable tool for every quality assurance department!

Within the frame of OEM programs, we offer customized solutions with respect to mechanical properties and firmware. Our laser measuring systems are used in the following industrial sectors: automotive, mechanical engineering, welding technology, robotics, and consumer electronics.

Who is QuellTech?

Since 2009 QuellTech GmbH Munich proves to be a qualified manufacturer of premium laser sensors for precise 3D measurement in the production of a wide range of objects. On the basis of this specialization and a highly innovative and flexible approach to each individual application, our sensors have achieved an excellent reputation, offering several unmatched benefits:

  • Minimum space requirements
  • Wide temperature range (up to ca. 400°C)
  • Measurement on highly critical surfaces, whether very glossy or with extremely low reflectivity
  • A wide range of measurement widths is covered (between 5mm and several m)
  • Resistivity against dust, harsh environment, extraneous light, humidity, water and gamma rays

Industrial Applications:

Our 3D – Laser line sensors are frequently used in automation and quality control, in order to measure and verify dimensions, detect flaws and defects, or to identify variations of the surface.

Common fields of application are mechanical engineering, steel and aluminum production, automotive, aerospace technology, food production, robotics and welding.

Backed by technical competence and international project experience, we are always able to develop complex solutions for each individual case. An intense cooperation with the clientele and a thorough evaluation of the particular circumstances enable us to present only solutions, which make sense technical and economical wise.
