Q6 High Performance Laser Scanner
A high-performance laser scanner for demanding 2D and 3D measurement tasks
The QuellTech Q6 Laser Scanner product series has proven itself in demanding industrial applications. High resolution down to 2μm, fast profile rates of up to 20,000 profiles/s. Measuring ranges from 45 mm to 1000 mm. which require a high degree of precision, process stability and high traverse speeds. Scalable for multi-scanner applications.
Q5 Laser Scanner
A compact laser sensor for the medium power segment.
The Q5 product series is also suitable for harsh environments with extraneous light, high temperatures and weld spatter. Optimally high laser powers enable measurements on light-absorbing materials. Scan rates of up to 14,000 profiles/s and resolutions down to 3μ can be achieved. Measuring ranges from 5mm to 1000 mm.
Q4 Laser Scanner
A very compact laser scanner for medium process speeds and special space requirements.
The Q4 product series can cover a wide range of standard measurement applications such as inline weld seam tracking and weld seam inspection. In confined spaces, housing shapes are possible, from a size of 86x40x25 mm with a weight of 140 g (Q4-80S).
