Each step of our process is designed to efficiently solve technical challenges and to develop the optimal measurement solution together with you.
An initial meeting is held with a technically qualified contact person – either via Teams or by phone – to perform a preliminary analysis of the measurement task.
Based on this, an initial assessment of the feasibility of the measurement task is made.
Duration:
Approx. 1–3 days, depending on participant availability.
Using the QuellTech Project Checklist, the customer can define and compile the most important technical, commercial, and timeline-related requirements of the measurement task.
The completed checklist is then reviewed together with the customer in a video meeting, focusing on feasibility and prioritization aspects.
Duration:
Approx. 1–3 days, depending on when the checklist is received from the customer.
QuellTech receives representative samples to conduct a free feasibility study.
Duration:
Approx. 7 days after receipt of the samples from the customer.
Based on the findings of the feasibility study, QuellTech develops an initial solution concept including a non-binding budget estimate.
These results are then presented and discussed with the customer.
Depending on the complexity of the measurement task or at the customer’s request, an additional on-site test run can be carried out for a shared cost contribution.
Duration:
Approx. 7–14 days after completion of the sample measurement.
Precise verification of the technical requirements with the physical capabilities of QuellTech laser sensors and the specifications of the QuellTech image processing platform.
Definition of the project implementation timeline, followed by joint coordination and approval of the combined requirement and specification document.
Duration:
Approx. 2–4 weeks, depending on customer input.
Note: Depending on the simplicity of the measurement task, this step may be omitted.

Approx. 1–3 days.

Dependent on the customer.
Commissioning is coordinated with the customer and can take place on-site or remotely.
Delivery includes full documentation and user training – also available on-site or remotely.
Duration:
Approx. 2–6 weeks, depending on QuellTech delivery times and the implementation schedule at the customer site.
Post-project support is provided through continued dialogue with the customer, including software adjustments that may arise during the initial usage phase. Additional maintenance and service concepts are available upon request.
